Apulia Services (A.S.) is the intermediary
between owners of tourist resorts (apartments,
bed and breakfasts, villas, farm-houses etc.)
and potential clients. www.apulia.org is
only the intermediary
and therefore not the operator and it acts only in
the name of the owners of the tourist resorts
by offering various accommodation solutions
and by making lease contracts.
www.pugliainternational.org is not responsible for any change
in the offer by the spot or for any damage
to things or people which could take place
during the period of stay at the resort.
The offers suggested have been selected with
great care. The description of the resorts
is based on the piece of information received
from the very owners of the resorts. A.S.
is not responsible for any errors regarding
publication or information about the resorts.
BOOKING
You can book your stay in the kind of resort you prefer by
filling in and sending us the booking form.
We will book for all those persons who
are indicated in the form. The transfer
of the booking to any other person is not
allowed. The booking of the resort will
be confirmed as soon as we receive the
minimal advance payment (30% - thirty percent
of the total amount). Further agreements
or requests have to be confirmed by A.S.
or by the owner of the resort in writing.
PAYMENT
In order to confirm your booking you must pay a minimal advance
payment (30% of the total amount); the rest
of the sum must be paid at least within
28 days before the initial date of your
stay. In case you confirm your booking
in the period which goes from 27 days up
to 1 day just before your arrival, you must pay the total
amount. In case of non-payment or delayed payment A.S. may
cancel your booking.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your booking whenever you want to. The cancellation
must be communicated in writing. The amount requested by the
owner of the resort or by the intermediary in case of cancellation
of the booking is as follows:
- up to 35 days before the initial date of
your stay: 25% of the total amount
- from the 35 th day up to the 21 st day
before the initial date of your stay: 50% of the total amount
- from the 21 st day before the initial date
of your stay: 100 % of the total amount.
In case of delayed arrival at the resort
or in case of "No Show", you have to pay the total amount for
the whole period booked.
RESPONSIBLE LAW-COURT
The responsible law-court is in L ecce (I).
PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In observance of the law 675/96 dated 31 December 1996 regarding "the
protection of people as regards the treatment of their personal
data", we inform you about our use of your personal data and
about your rights:
• Your data will be treated in full observance of
the law n.675, in accordance with the clauses
10 and 13 concerning your rights.
• In order to offer you specific personal services, www.pugliainternational.org may
ask you to express your assent for the use of those personal
data necessary for the transactions or services required.
• Your personal data will never be given to third
parties. They will only be used within the
activity, in strictly reserved form,
by www.pugliainternational.org .
